The One with the Ballroom Dancing

The superintendent confronts Rachel, causing her to cry, as he is upset about them clogging the trash chute. Chandler remains a member of the gym despite not attending because he is continually persuaded by a charming woman in spandex. Phoebe develops a crush on her client Rick, but she risks getting fired if they pursue a romantic relationship.
Ross accompanies Chandler to the gym to support his attempt to quit, but when Maria appears, Ross also ends up signing up for a membership. Joey intervenes to convince the superintendent not to evict Monica and Rachel. In return, Joey agrees to help the superintendent practice dancing for the superintendent’s ball. They come up with the idea to close their bank accounts to prevent the gym from charging them.
Joey begins to enjoy the ballroom dancing. Phoebe and Rick share a kiss, but Phoebe soon discovers that Rick is married and gets fired after her boss catches them kissing.
