The dispute, which lasted from May to September, involved disagreements over property, child support, and legal fees. TMZ reported that Baumgartner signed a settlement letter over the weekend, details undisclosed. One major issue was the couple’s $145 million California estate. Costner contended that Baumgartner refused to vacate despite incentives. Terms of the settlement remain undisclosed, but it’s suggested Baumgartner received more than stipulated in the prenup.
