The One with the Cat

A cat walks into Central Perk, and Phoebe becomes convinced that it is her mother reincarnated. Joey and Chandler decide to sell their entertainment center. As people come to view it, Joey gets locked inside by a man who subsequently steals all their other furniture. Meanwhile, Monica goes on a date with Chip, Rachel’s high school ex-boyfriend. Despite still being attractive, Chip lives with his parents and continues to work at the movie theater, just as he did in high school. The friends discover an advertisement from a little girl who has lost the cat. Ross and Phoebe argue about the cat, but Phoebe ultimately agrees to return her “mum” to the girl. In the end, Joey and Chandler trade the entertainment center for a canoe.
